The 3000 Sf addition on this 1890’s home reflected the tradition and character of the original structure throughout. The family room design included a bookcase, fireplace mantel and window seat. The custom entertainment area in this New Jersey condo creates a dramatic area with a purpose. Television viewing is accommodated throughout the living area. We worked with the existing tile in the room and added only the black tile shown.

A large TV in a small space. This family / informal dining area is adjacent to the remodeled kitchen. The television had to be of significant size and placed properly to be viewed comfortably from the kitchen and family room. We designed this cabinetry to satisfy that criteria.

When you own a shore condo, you are bound to have a few additional guests every now and then. The cabinetry for this hide-away is an attractive addition to the room. The cabinet adjacent to the bed is used for the storage of the bed clothes, making this design work as good as it looks.

A custom vanity design combined with abundant natural stone produce a comfortable contemporary bathroom that is easy to maintain. A recessed medicine cabinet provides additional “out of sight” storage.

A distinctive element included in the Ventnor NJ project; We opened a partition wall between the living area and a dark bathroom and installed opaque glass. This allowed the natural light to pour into the bathroom but maintained privacy. The shelves float in front of the glass and are anchored to the entertainment area cabinetry.

The white frosted glass wraps seamlessly around a corner and provides natural light to a once dark bathroom. I knew when I looked at the space we needed to find someway to get light into this room. The frosted glass accomplished this and maintains the privacy of the space. Objects next to glass are visible as shadows, however, items (or people) a foot away are not. This characteristic allowed me to accomplish this goal

 

The cabinetry built into this bathroom design provides storage for towels, garmets and bathroom accesories, while providing a display area.
